Our cuisine is based on a careful choice of fresh natural ingredients, all from local listed suppliers.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stone grinded biological flour, meat and a selection of tasty cold meat, honey and cheese: all of them are produced by local producers.
These artisans are not just suppliers, but friends. This allow us to have a deeper understanding of the history and tradition of our dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keeping this in mind , we have thought about compiling a \u201cMarchignoli\u201d wine list, to enable people to get to know the wines of this territory and also other wines of Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We like to advice on the best wine choices according to the particular dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
