Our cuisine is based on a careful choice of fresh natural ingredients, all from local listed suppliers.
Our dishes are carefully created, using only local produce of the particular season. Therefore our menu changes on the basis of what is available, e.g. asparagus in spring, mushrooms in autumn etc.
We serve home-made bread and “piadina” (a local bread) and our own olive oil.
Stone grinded biological flour, meat and a selection of tasty cold meat, honey and cheese: all of them are produced by local producers.
These artisans are not just suppliers, but friends. This allow us to have a deeper understanding of the history and tradition of our dishes.
Keeping this in mind , we have thought about compiling a “Marchignoli” wine list, to enable people to get to know the wines of this territory and also other wines of Italy.
